Tech Doc Direct Limited is run by Richard Pineger where he is the principal consultant.

He qualified in electronic engineering in the early 90s. He followed this up with time as an electronic hardware developer before moving into the world of technical writing about 15 years ago. Since then Richard has developed his knowledge in DITA, content management systems and document management systems and can get altogether too enthusiastic about them.
