The component 'Summary product description' can be reused in a press release, sales proposal and numerous other literature assets; the component 'Technical specification' can be reused in multiple other documents.

This approach saves time and money and makes it easier to maintain brand integrity as well as consistent style and control over accuracy and recency.

We store components in a single content management system that is available business-wide and can can be hosted on the client's server or remotely.

When additional documents are needed the client's authorised marketing executives can quickly retrieve and reassemble components along with some new material to create additional documents or a whole Playbook. When a correction or update is necessary then a component can be updated once, centrally and then refreshed automatically in each document where it occurs.

Similarly, a document written in one output type, eg MS Word, can be republished in HTML for web use, in PDF for downloads, or in numerous other outputs. If the client possesses an appropriate stylesheet or a template for the additional output type then documents can be republished at no cost at the click of a mouse.
